Goats On The Go® Dubuque is a targeted grazing business. Our service aims to manage invasive plants and overgrowth in a conservation-minded way with goats doing the work they love; eating! Goats are incredible animals in so many ways. When managed properly, they can control - or ultimately eliminate - noxious weeds. (Think poison ivy, wild parsnip, honeysuckle, thistle, multiflora rose.) They are browsers, not "grazers", which makes them the perfect choice when conservation is the key. Goats gobble up brush and have become an instrumental tool for fire prevention. The work they do is real. The results are incredible. If vegetation is a problem, think goats! Why Goats? 1. No chemicals, burning or machines 2. Goats are efficient. 3. Weeds are great for goats! 4. Goats can go where humans can’t go. 5. Goats prefer noxious weeds. 6. Goats are good to Mother Earth! 7. Why not goats?
